Ice Cream, Ice Queen is a quiet story about two women navigating loneliness, language, and intimacy in a city that neither of them quite belongs to. Their connection is tender but complicated, shaped by language barriers, cultural distance, and the quiet fear of needing someone too much.

The night is very hot. Gang-Doo is having sex with Yoon-Ah, his girlfriend, but it doesn’t look like he is enjoying it. He tries to concentrate but the heat doesn’t allow him to keep going. He goes to the kitchen looking for refreshment, and when he rubs an ice cube over his skin he feels an intense arousal he's never felt before. He goes to the bathroom to avoid being discovered by his girlfriend, and there the ice cube rubbing against his body turns into an intense and beautiful experience full of pleasure, but ephemeral as the ice cube quickly melts away. After the ice cube melts, Gang-Doo goes back to his bed with Yoon-Ah, full of disappointment, guilt and confusion. She tells him she is worried that Gang-Doo doesn’t love her anymore but Gang-Doo tells her he is just irritated because of the heat. Gang-Doo and Yoon-Ah engage in their sex session again, but Gang-Doo still can’t feel arousal, and he can't get the thought of ice out of his mind until it overwhelms him.

On Weaving is collaborative film by artists Luke Fowler and Corin Sworn that reflects on the legacy of textile designer Bernat Klein (1922-2014). Born in Serbia, Klein emigrated to the UK in the post-war period and based his textile manufacturing business in the Scottish Borders. Developed as part of a residency at Alchemy Film & Arts, the film weaves together two portraits: of the region’s famous textile industry and of High Sunderland, the modernist house that Peter Womersley designed for Klein near Selkirk – a house “stitched” into the Scottish landscape that inspired Klein’s textile designs.

Follows established stars looking to reinvent their careers, and also aspiring performers looking to make their own name.
